Earlier News:

Downgraded to Questionable

Ravens cornerback Jimmy Smith, who entered the weekend healthy, is now dealing with back spasms and is questionable for Sunday's game against Cleveland. https://twitter.com/Ravens/status/1305130065110478848?s=20

to Play in Week 1?

After initial reports overnight suggested he would be inactive, an update from Sunday morning now explains that Chargers wide receiver Mike Williams is expected to be good to go for Week 1. While it's not guaranteed he'll play, it would take a significant setback in warmups to keep him off the field. Jalen Guyton and Joe Reed would move up a slot in the lineup if Williams doesn't play. https://twitter.com/RapSheet/status/1305127064463384577?s=20

Will "Try to Play"

Veteran right tackle Lane Johnson was limited in practice this week with an ankle injury and carried a questionable designation into the weekend. However, Johnson is expected to "try to play" on Sunday against the Washington Football Team. His presence will be felt as Philadelphia deals with injuries across their entire roster. https://twitter.com/MikeGarafolo/status/1305094918680064000?s=20

Patriots' Harry Good to Go

N'Keal Harry entered the weekend as questionable with a shoulder injury but is expected to play on Sunday. Still, the Patriots will have just four active wideouts (Harry, Julian Edelman, Jakobi Meyers, and Damiere Byrd) for kickoff after placing Gunner Olszewski on injured reserve yesterday. https://twitter.com/RapSheet/status/1305055867377770497?s=20

Okudah's NFL Debut Pushed Back to Week 2?

The Lions' secondary will be without its talented rookie on Sunday. No. 3 pick and talented cornerback Jeff Okudah entered the weekend as questionable with a hamstring injury but is expected to be inactive when injury reports come out at 11:30 a.m. He'll have to wait another week to make his debut. https://twitter.com/RapSheet/status/1305055364174487552?s=20

Expected to Play

Veteran center J.C. Tretter is listed as questionable amidst his recovery from knee surgery, but he's expected to suit up and play against the Ravens in the teams' season opener on Sunday afternoon. His presence will provide reliable aid in the trenches against a challenging Baltimore defense. https://twitter.com/RapSheet/status/1305054861017231362?s=20

Montgomery, Patterson Good to Go for Bears

The Bears are expecting two offensive weapons to play on Sunday. Running back David Montgeromy (groin) and wide receiver Cordarrelle Patterson (knee), who were both listed as questionable, are expected to play on a full or near-full workload. The Bears face the Lions at 1:00 p.m. EST. https://twitter.com/RapSheet/status/1305054357625409536?s=20

Positive Development Regarding

Originally listed as doubtful for Sunday, Mike Evans has been upgraded to questionable. Now, he's reportedly expected to play barring a setback during pregame workouts. While he could see a pitch count in New Orleans due to his injury, the fact that he'll be able to play is a reassuring sign for the Buccaneers ahead of their big Week 1 game against the Saints. https://twitter.com/AdamSchefter/status/1304995115170246656?s=20

Good to Go

Devante Parker missed several camp sessions due to an undisclosed injury but found his way back to the practice field this week ahead of Miami's bout with New England. The Dolphins wideout is reportedly good to go ahead of Sunday's 1:00 p.m. game at Gillette Stadium, which is a good sign for an offense that has its fair share of question marks. https://twitter.com/AdamSchefter/status/1304994821476626432?s=20

Expected to Play

Days ago, Jalen Reagor had unofficially been ruled out for Week 1. Now, there appears to have been a positive development as Reagor, who shed his injury designation altogether late this week, is expected to make his NFL debut on Sunday against the Washington Football Team. Reagor will have a large impact in an offense that will be without Miles Sanders on the road. https://twitter.com/AdamSchefter/status/1304994746423705601?s=20
