I was born and raised in a small town near the seacoast of New Hampshire. As a young child, I quickly picked up hobbies that would blossom into lifelong passions. This includes my passion for baseball; I fell in love with the sport by playing wiffle ball with my family in the backyard and watching the Red Sox. At just three years old, I would often ask my parents to put NESN on the TV so that I could watch Red Sox games and highlights.

My baseball passion extended beyond the Red Sox, of course. At five years old, I was registered for my first t-ball team, kicking off 14 consecutive years of playing baseball at the recreational or school level. At six years old, I started bringing a scorebook to local minor league games so that I could track each pitch and compile basic statistics. By the time I was 10 years old, I was helping my dad as the assistant coach for my younger brother's youth baseball teams.

Throughout middle school and high school at Berwick Academy, I completed numerous projects related to sports media and marketing, exposing myself to other parts of the sports industry that I had not previously researched. These projects fueled my desire to have a career in baseball. Throughout these projects, I also gained valuable connections with industry experts through their mentorship and interviews.

Having experienced the generosity and support of the tight-knit community in my small town, I have gained a firm understanding of how volunteerism can leave a large impact and legacy. I enjoy volunteering in my free time and would be proud to show you some of my experiences through the "Community Impact" page.

Throughout high school, I maintained my desire to excel in the classroom, in the community, and on the baseball diamond. I served as Student Leadership Council Representative for three years, Student Leadership Council Co-Chair my senior year, and boys varsity hockey manager for two years while simultaneously filling my schedule with AP equivalent classes, maintaining an "A" grade (equivalent to 4.0 GPA), and playing baseball.

For me, the decision to attend Rice came easy. I fell in love with the school through online info sessions and an in-person tour, so it's safe to say I was pretty excited when my application was accepted! As I begin pursuing a career in Scouting, Development, Analytics, or Baseball Operations for an MLB franchise, I believe I can prepare myself through Rice's world-class Sport Analytics program, exposure to culture and diversity, and extensive internship offerings.

I could ramble on and on, but instead, I encourage you to check out the specific subpages on this website to learn more about my experience, passions, and volunteerism. Plus, you can always contact me for more info!
